Yes, you read that right. We've moved from croup to RSV. We spent Sunday morning in the ER again (my mom came with this time, for which I was very thankful). Our friend Cindy was working that day, so we got in right away and were treated very well. They diagnosed her with RSV, but her O2 levels are good, she's eating well, and doesn't have a fever, so they did not admit her. Grace is doing really well, so you'd never know that she was sick. Hopefully that's a precursor to her personality...not much bugs her, and she smiles and talks all the time!
Yesterday I fed her about a tablespoon of rice cereal, and she loved it! By the time she was finished, she had gotten the hang of eating and was sucking on the spoon wanting more. (See the pictures above). Now, if we could just get her healthy and get rid of the cough, things would be alright!
The bottom picture is of Grace hanging on to Lily's hair. When Lily gets in Grace's face, Grace grabs a hold of Lily's hair and won't let go. Glad to see that's she's standing up for herself already.
Next week, we're going to take our trailer to southern California, so stay tuned for mobile updates on the blog. We'll be sure to post pictures of us on the beach and riding our bikes on the boardwalk to make those Midwest readers a little jealous!
