Last week Monday it was so nice, that I called my neighbors (Kevin, Brooke, Jim and Linda) and had them come over for a driveway party! I made Petrole Sole on the BBQ with Avocado and Mango Salsa, (leftover) Mushroom risotto, whole button mushrooms on the BBQ, salad and a steak for Brooke, who doesn't like a lot of fish. Some great white wine, good food, and we had a blast, and from what you can see in the pics, the kids did too. They rode their bikes and the gator all over the front yard. Looking forward to doing that more often this spring!
