We celebrated Mother's Day with Charlie's mom for lunch and my family for dinner. I was able to honor two important Mothers in my life, and Monday afternoon, I found a babysitter and took the afternoon off! It was fabulous! Here's a picture of my parents with their Grandchildren.
This morning Lily wanted to feed Grace her bottle. "Have at it!" I said. Lily can be quite helpful, if it's her idea. (I feel sorry for her preschool teachers.) She did pretty well until she decided she was done. I rescued Grace from being shoved off her lap. Grace and I enjoyed a very nice day shopping in Fresno. She's such a great and easy baby. Please pray for my friend Valerie. She and her family have really had some big trials in the last few months. More specifically, her mom is having surgery tomorrow to remove cancer in her breast. I'll let you know how it goes....
