Yes, we bought her an ipod Nano....and we get a lot of enjoyment watching Lily and Grace dance around the house. You can even download TV shows on to that thing!
Lily is proud of being 6! I think that it makes her seem so old! Here she is showing everyone in her class how old she is. The week of her birthday she was "Princess of the King," so I read a book and played a game in her class. Grace and I brought donuts on her birthday, and her Dad brought her lunch on Friday. Currently, she has 2 loose teeth, on the top. She's learning how to read and do math at school. Her class is watching caterpillars turn to butterflies. She is pretty tough (or so the recess monitors say!), and she is sassy! We have to really keep tabs on her mouth and her attitude! She loves to dance to her ipod and to tease her sister incessantly. Lily continues to enjoy school. She has learned Psalm 100, Psalm 23 and other verses this year, and we are currently working on memorizing the Lord's Prayer. We are so very proud of her and the young lady that she is becoming.
The school had their annual Skating Party on Lily's birthday, so she was able to celebrate with over 200 of her closest friends in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. She is pictured above with her friend and cousin, Ally.
