Look at these beauties!
The local strawberry stands opened up last week, and Lily is practically giddy about it. We cannot drive by one without her saying that we need to get "strawbeees." Here are a few pictures of her enjoying warm, fresh from the field, local strawberries. Grace, of course cannot have strawberries yet, but she did get a taste of a banana last Saturday. She sits in her Bumbo chair on the table when we have dinner, and she is so into watching us eat. She gets very excited, and she literally follows our forks from the plate to our mouths with her eyes. Last night, Charlie gave her a string bean to chew on, and she bit off a portion, so I took it away. She was so mad it was almost comical. I wonder if she'll be a picky eater, or if she'll eat whatever we put in front of her?
