Starting soccer

Lily started playing indoor soccer at a local church on Saturday mornings! It's been fun seeing her competetive side come out. She's an agressive little player and isn't afraid to get out there and kick the ball.

She has some funny moves out in the arena. She was running with her arms sticking out here, and when she played goalie, she'd get the ball and put her arms out in a pose for all to see. She's a funny kid! At yesterday's game, she went up to her coach and asked specifically to play goalie. I am glad that she's confident enough to ask for what she wants instead of cowering in my skirts, so to speak.
